Making reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ

Glorious Day!

Dear River Reach Family,

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified. 6 “He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying. 7 “Go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going ahead of you into Galilee, there you will see Him; behold, I have told you.”

Matthew 28:5-7

This Sunday we celebrate the most significant event of human history, the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our faith hangs on this single event in history. Multiple times before His crucifixion Jesus foretold his death and promised to rise from the dead three days later (Mark 8:31; 10:34). If Jesus died and did not rise again, our faith is empty (1 Cor. 15:14). But Jesus did rise and left irrefutable proof of His resurrection (Acts 1:3) This Sunday in our special resurrection celebration through song, video drama, and preaching we will ask and answer three crucial questions regarding Jesus Christ. Who is Jesus? Why did He come? What does He give? I hope that you will join us for this Christ exalting time. This service will be a wonderful opportunity to invite unsaved friends and loved ones to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
