I was raised in a Christian family. When I was 6 years old I accepted Christ as my personal Savior after a Sunday morning service at church. I dedicated my life to the Lord at the age of 13 at summer camp. Through my teenage years I continued to grow in my walk with Christ. I was greatly influenced for Christ by my godly Youth Pastor. After I graduated from high school I attended Bob Jones University and studied Church Music. It was in a music class at college where I met my wife, Amanda. The name of the music class was “Basic Harmony” (a very appropriate name for a class where lovers met). After majoring in church music for three years, God was steering my heart in another direction. I was burdened for youth and felt called to minister to youth. In 2010 I graduated with a Bible degree. In June of 2011, I married Amanda and we moved to Rhode Island where we both taught for 2 years in a Christian school and I oversaw the church music program. In the summer of 2013, God opened the door for me to serve as a Youth and Music Pastor at a Church in Texas. God has blessed us with two children: Makayla and Timothy. In September of 2015 I began my ministry at River Reach Baptist Church as Assistant Pastor, and am excited to see how God will use our church as we seek to serve Him.
Our family enjoys music, hiking, exploring Florida’s coastline, and Boston sports teams!
